We'd rather be upfront about this than bury it in fine print. Here's exactly how payment works today — no jargon.
Both the monthly and annual plans are non-refundable payments for a fixed period of access.
The 14-day free trial does not require a card and is never charged. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends — you are not billed, and nothing converts automatically into a paid plan.
Choosing the Monthly plan (₹99) pays for 30 days of access; the Annual plan (₹799, save ₹389) pays for 365 days. Each payment is a single charge through Razorpay — Rescue does not store your card details and does not charge you again automatically. There is no recurring billing and no Play Store subscription tied to this payment. Renew whenever you like; if you renew before your current period ends, the new period is added to the time you have left, rather than starting over.
All payments are non-refundable once made, including the unused part of a period if you stop using Rescue before it ends. Because nothing renews automatically, there is no future billing to cancel.
If something about a charge looks wrong or you're not sure what happened, email us at sales@fliptle.com — we read every message.
This page describes how payment works today, through Razorpay. If Rescue adds billing through the Play Store or App Store, this policy will change to match — check back here for the current version.
